Products & Services

InkState Graphics provides custom screen printing services and apparel products. Product colors and designs may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production processes.

Custom Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights or permission to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted for printing.

InkState Graphics reserves the right to refuse any order containing offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted material without authorization.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, designs, sizes, and order details before production starts. InkState Graphics is not liable for approved errors.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

InkState Graphics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
